Patagonia M's Straight Fit Cords - Reg Oaks Brown
A slightly trimmer version of our Regular Fit Cords, these pants feature fine-gauge, 14-wale corduroy that wears soft and warm with a sturdy but nicely groomed hand; featuring a classic 5-pocket design and a straight fit. Fair Trade Certified sewing.
Splitting kindling or banging new cedar shakes onto the weather wall, the task list never ends when you're living off the grid. Warm, soft-wearing and durable enough for workdays at the cabin, the new Straight Fit Cords are made from a midweight 14-wale 100% organic cotton corduroy. With classic 5-pocket styling and a regular rise, they have a zip fly, an antique nickel shank button closure, double-needle belt loops and antique nickel piton rivets throughout. Designed for lean-to-medium body types, the tuned-in fit is neither too loose nor too tight through the seat and thigh and has a straight-leg opening from knee to ankle. Two front pockets with printed twill pocket bags; small coin pocket on the right hip; two rear pockets. Fair Trade Certified for sewing, we pay a premium for these cords that workers can use to improve their communities and standard of living. Inseam is 32".

Patagonia M's Straight Fit Cords - Reg Oaks Brown Additional Features:
In 1996, with an increased awareness of the dangers of pesticide use and synthetic fertilizers in growing conventional cotton, we began the exclusive use of organically grown cotton in all of our cotton products.
The quality of organic cotton is equal to or better than conventionally grown cotton, yet organically grown methods support biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, improve the quality of soil and often use less water. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it’s worth it.
To ensure we are buying cotton that is organic as defined by the USDA’s National Organic Program, we require numerous certificates issued by an accredited third-party certification body for every step of the supply chain, from farm to factories.
Fair Trade CertifiedFor every Fair Trade Certified item we buy, we pay a premium. The money goes into an account that is controlled by the workers and is specifically designated for social, economic and environmental development projects. Workers may choose to use the money to help build a school or a health clinic, create a scholarship or invest in some other aspect of their other community.
