Patagonia Shelled Synch Duckbill Cap Forge Grey
A versatile wind- and weather-resistant shelled cap with PU coating and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. Lined with warm Synchilla® fleece, it’s at home in cool conditions around town or on the trail.
Winter teases us with sunshine in the morning, then pelts our afternoon bicycle commute with wind-driven snow. You can’t decipher the rhythm, so come prepared. Our Shelled Synchilla® Duckbill Cap is weather- and wind-resistant. Its nylon shell fabric is coated with polyurethane and treated with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to block cold air, moisture and snow. Inside, warm Synchilla fleece traps heat, wicks moisture and feels soft and comfortable against your skin. A nylon duckbill brim keeps your face and eyes shaded from bright reflections and a back buckle customizes the fit.

bluesign Approved Fabric
Patagonia has worked with bluesign technologies since 2000 to evaluate and reduce resource consumption in our materials supply chain, and to assist us with managing the chemicals, dyes and finishes used in the process. bluesign technologies, based in Switzerland, works at each step in the textile supply chain to approve chemicals, processes, materials, and products that are safe for the environment, safe for workers, and safe for end customers.
In 2007, Patagonia became the first brand to officially join the network of bluesign system partners.
